2、 Design features of multi suction head submersible pump

1. Multiple suction heads: Each pump has 4 suction heads, distributed in the center and corners of the pump pit, resulting in a high reserve rate of suction heads, a large suction range, and less sedimentation in the pump pit.

2. With stirring: A stirrer is installed below the main suction head to stir up the sediment in the pump pit, effectively preventing blockage of the suction head and sedimentation in the pump pit.

3. Set a cutter: A metal cutter is installed on the upper part of the mixing wheel, which can crush fiber materials (such as gloves, cloths, plastics) in sewage and effectively prevent clogging of the suction head.

4. Non fixed: Other types of vertical sewage pumps are equipped with brackets, which are fixed on the embedded parts in the pump pit. This not only makes installation difficult, but also brings great inconvenience to maintenance and pump pit dredging. However, for multi suction head vertical anti silt sewage pumps, the supporting suction head is both the suction head and the pump bracket, and does not need to be installed and fixed. Simply place the pump in the pit and connect it to the outlet pipe, ensuring smooth operation and convenient maintenance. Of course, according to the needs of the supporters and the actual situation on site, bracket support can also be used for installation.

The vertical multi suction submersible pump consists of a vertical motor and a pump body. The motor and pump are directly connected through a coupling, and each pump has 4 suction heads, which also serve as pump supports. This pump is a double suction centrifugal impurity pump with an open impeller.
